Evelyn Fechner, local volunteer, was named the Area I Agency on Aging recipient of the LIfetime Achievement Award and will be honored at the first shining star breakfast held by Northwest Indiana Community Action.  Evelyn is a long time board member for Pulaski County Human Services, PMH Auxillary Volunteer, Blood Mobile volunteer, active in her church and devoted to exemplifying the PCHS motto of People helping People....

Congratulations to her.  Pulaski County is fortunate to have so many giving individuals.  This award is the highest award given in each of the 16 area agencies and presented by the state of Indiana.
